Payment Summary Issue not STP enabled

My client is NOT STP registered and I have been trying to run the payment summaries like we use to pre STP but it will only bring up payment summaries for 2022/2023 FY and I cannot set it to 2021/2022 year.  How do I fix this as I cannot setup and use STP now as that won't work either.

    As per numerous other posts on this issue, once you process payroll with a Payment Date of 1 July 2022 or later, MYOB starts a new payroll year, clearing the 2022 payroll year data - without telling you or advising you to take a backup. The only way to retrieve is to restore a backup you took before 1 July 2022. If you don't have one and your file is online, get in touch with MYOB who can provide a server backup for a fee.

     

    If neither of the above work, get in touch with a company called Namich who can get the prior year data out of your MYOB file.
