Payroll Access in Bank Feeds

Hi,

 

Can you please block users that do not have payroll access from seeing individual payment details in the bank feeds?  This is a huge security risk.

    Thanks for your post. To customise the access of your users, The Help Article Change a user's company file access will provide you with the detailed on how to change or customise a user access.

      Doreen,

       

      All security access has been set.  The user does not have access to payroll.  But the user needs to process payments and reconcile bank accounts.  Once in the bank feeds section the user can click on the detail of the payroll transaction and see the individual payments.  How can we stop this from happening.
