Saw the statement text you were referring to (Please see attachment).
As this has already been processed, there is no way it can be changed. Does that mean there is no way we can amend the memo or change the delivery status?
You error says the format of the statement text is not valid
I would amend it to 07/04/2022 you can change the email delivery with the drop down box
if you can't change the delivery method through that screen you can send the payslip through the command centre
Email payslips , go into advanced filters and untick unsent

As the payroll has already been processed with the previous date format, it does not allow the statement text to be changed. While we can change the email delivery with the drop down box, the error message will appear. It seems that there maybe no solution to this, but anyway, thank you again.
If you just need to send the payslip again go into the main payroll screen and select print email payslips
select the print or email tab , go to advanced filters and untick the unsent box
you can resend it that way
The question really is what do you want to do regarding the pay? You can always redo a payrun or a single pay if you have an error you need to correct
there is just a process you need to follow

The issue was to change the memo and set the delivery to printed or emailed.
But the error message will appear due to the date format as mentioned. Unfortunately, the date format cannot be changed once the payroll has been processed. Thus, we are not able to change the memo and set the delivery to printed or emailed.
