Refunded Super from Australian Super

Hi,

 

We have had a large amount of funds that have been returned without warning dated 30-9-2022. They appear to relate to August contributions.

Is there any information as to why this may have happened? We have not been notified of any changes in funds.

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    Generally speaking, if you have received a refund from a superfund, you'd want to speak with them as to why they refunded those contributions and who they relate to. 

     

    Additionally, if you can send me a private message with the following details I can see if I can find any information that may assist you:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business name 
    • Total refunded amount
