Reverse payroll off line file

How do I reverse a payroll that is in an OFF LINE File

I have changed the preferences to "reverse" but it takes me to where I need to go but wants me to upgrade to the online file and we are not online as yet.

 

How do I get around this

    Thank you for reaching out. 

     

    If you 'untick' the reverse option in preferences. Are you able to delete the pay run instead? Or are you receiving an error when trying to do so?
