Our apprentice has just gone into his third year. I have now switched to STP 2. Previously I have just paid his hourly rate which included all his allowances (tool, licence and industry). Do we now need to split all 3 allowances? If yes, does he get super and overtime on his allowances?
Also annual leave does this now come under Other Leave? and also annual leave loading does this come under Other Leave?
What about sick pay? Other Leave?

Thanks for your post. We're not permitted to advise on how allowances need to be reported, which ATO reporting categories to assign or whether super and overtime applies. If you're not sure you will need to speak to your accountant, the ATO or Fairwork.
