STP 2
Our apprentice has just gone into his third year. I have now switched to STP 2. Previously I have just paid his hourly rate which included all his allowances (tool, licence and industry). Do we now need to split all 3 allowances? If yes, does he get super and overtime on his allowances?
Also annual leave does this now come under Other Leave? and also annual leave loading does this come under Other Leave?
What about sick pay? Other Leave?
