Super Payment Status still processing after payment made through bank

Hi there, our Super payment dated 9/6/22 in Manage Payments, was processed through our bank on 23/6/22 however the MYOB Status is still showing as Processing Payment. Could someone please advise, tha...

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Date of payment and payment amount 
  • Screenshot of the MYOB Manage payments window
