Super fund error message - Employee fund account invalid

Hi,  I am trying to make a super fund payment for an employee with Colonial First state and keep getting an error message saying "Employee's super fund membership number is Invalid".   This error ...

Could you please confirm the details for the fund you're having that trouble with? I.e. ABN, SPIN/USI.
