Super payment not processing

HI,

I moved staff member to their SMSF recently and went to pay super - money has come out of bank but in MYOB essentials it is still processing payment and the funds have not got to the SMSF bank account - 3 days hence.  What can i do to make this work?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can I please confirm if the status has updated since ? If it hasn't can you please send me a private message with the following information so I can take a look into this for you:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address 
    • Date of super payment 
    • Total amount of the super transaction
