Superannuation paid to incorrect Fund

A staff member changed his super fund & did not update me until after I had sent off his superannuation entitlements.  The superannuation payment has since bounced back.  How do I rectifiy?

I need to sent his super entitlement to his new superannuation fund.

    Thanks for your post and Welcome to MYOB Community Forum.

     

    Once you were able to identify what causes the issue why super contribution bounced back, will need to fix it first. Then reverse and reprocess the super contribution. Recording the successfully paid contributions through Pay Liabilities and the returned contribution through Pay Superannuation window. For further steps, kindly refer to The Help Article Reversing and reprocessing superannuation payments.
