Validating Payroll info for a payrun to be submitted from a new device
Hi There,
We have a new staff member who is doing our payruns now and when she tries to submit the payrun from the device she is using (in the office) the following message comes up:
"Validating payroll information for Single Touch Payroll failed
We couldn't check your payroll information for Single Touch payroll Reporting"
This device has been used in the past for submitting payruns (about 3 years ago) and there was no issue
Also, this new staff members name has been used as a declarer in the last 3 payruns, from another device (which has submitted successful payruns the up to this point)
So not sure what the issue is, the new staff member is ticked for Payroll Role
Any suggestions please?
