YTD Figures not showing on Payslip

Hi

I have been asked to send an employee a payslip from a previous month, when I did the YTD figures did not show on payslip.

 

It does on other months and is selected to do so in preferences.

 

Does anyone have a clue as to how I can fix this?

    That does seem strange, were you able to resolve this? If not, may I ask what the dates are on the payslip in question?

      Hi Sam

      Yes, I did resolve this and I feel rather silly not working it out before posting.

      The payslip in question was in another financial year so I had to go into that years data file.

       

      I am guessing that was why you questioned the date?

        Thanks for letting me know.

         

        I questioned the date because YTD values are reset once the payroll year has rolled over, so I just wanted to check if that may have been the cause, however, great to hear you resolved that one.
