bank feed not finding payroll enties

Hi, today's bank feed can't link to payroll entry.  the payroll entries are there but can't match them to the bank feed with ;find'.  any ideas?  with CBA.

    For payroll entries to match the amount on bank feed, they need to be matching exactly. Can you confirm the amount on bank feeds screen and the amount for the payroll transaction ? If possible, please attach a screenshot of the payroll transaction journal and the bank feeds window. You're also welcome to send this by Private Message as this might contain sensitive information.
