Thanks for your post. If pay runs have been reported through STP you don't need to provide payment summaries to employees. The ATO prefill income amounts in the employee myGov accounts.
If you do need to provide payment summaries, click on Command Centres in the top menu bar>>Payroll>>Prepare payment summaries.
