problem with exporting payroll using easy employer

I have a client who has 2 cafes & gets any error message that occured in the MYOB API saying that the export has been halted.  This is very frustrating as it is now taking either hours & sometimes days to export this.  Easy Employer says its an issue on MYOB side.

Does anyone know how to fix this as my client is ready to change software.

    Welcome to the Community Forum. As easy employer is connecting to MYOB, you would need to contact easy employer to resolve the error message you are receiving.

     

    If this needs to be looked into further easy employer will contact our API team with the logs to investigate further.
