unable to open an Employee Card

Hello,

 

I am unable to open one employee card.  Keep getting error "Somethings gone wrong Accountright needs to close".  Looking at previous support posts, it appears a script will need to be run on our file?

 

Last 4 digits of serial no.- 6600

File ID- 1

    Thanks for your post. I've had the script run over your file, please sign out and sign back into your file and try to open the employee card.

      Hi ACNFinance 

       

      I've arranged for the required script to be run over that company file for you. You should be good to go opening that employee's card.
