Attached documents in the past not appearing

Hi,

 

We are having trouble viewing past purchase invoices that have been attached via the In tray.

In reading through the help areas, it seems that a recent serial number change might be the cause.

Can you please let me know what I need to do to be able to view these past purchase invoices?

    If you've recently changed the serial number, please send us the following details by Private Message so the documents can be resent to the new serial number:

     

    Old serial number and company file name

    New serial number and company file name
