Austomatic statements not being sent

I have selected Unpaid Invoice Summaries and ticked both Send Summaries and Send to All Customers. They are not being sent however, I am told by my customers.

 

How can I make this work? I haven't been manually sending them because I thought it was happening automatically.

    Thanks for your post. Invoice reminder emails can be tracked in the sent emails window within AccountRight, can you see if the reminders have appeared to be sent in this window ?
