We find this is caused by something environmental (preference settings of Internet Explorer, often set up by the business IT person on company computers). To work around it, please open the AccountRight company file in the browser version (app.myob.com) in a different browser such as Google Chrome, then go into Sales Settings > Reminders > Reminders Settings to edit it.

Thank you for your answer, we do not have an IT person and do not use internet explorer.
Nothing has changed from our end so I'm not sure why this has happened. We only have MYOB on one computer.
It's a bit annoying that I have to go in to a different area to fix something I shouldn't be having a problem with in the first place.
