CREATING A SALES ORDER - PROBLEM

We are trying to raise a Sales Order and it comes up with this message.

 

Previously we have had major issues before and an Inventory Script has been run. This has fixed the problem.

Could you please do the same ASAP as we are on the last day of the month.

 

Forgot to mention it is File No. 1

    I've arranged for the necessary scripts to be run over the company file for you as requested.

     

    If you have been using the company file around the time of this post, do ensure that you close down and reopen the company file before attempting that process again.
