Can't turn off Invoices reminder

Hi  I am unable to turn off invoices reminders for clients. I know the right steps but everytime I click on invoice reminders, nothing comes up. it seems like this option is not working for me. Th...

Hi Earl 

I changed the settings to "send to specific customers" and logged into MYOB again and still same problem when I go to cusotmers card/ selling details/ invoice reminders.

Hi Viv6 

Thanks for the screenshot. We do recommend clearing up your browser's cache and history and try logging in from a different browser.

Please do let me know if you're still having the same issue after following those steps above.
