Could you please run a combined fix script

Good Morning

 

We are unable to open autobuild in our inventory.

 

Previously we have had this issue..just 3 months ago.

 

A Combined Fix script was attended to. 

 

The last 4 digits of serial no. is 2040

 

Can  you please assist with this.

    Could you please confirm if this is for file 5, 6, or 8?

      Can you explain please what is the file 5, 6 or 8. 

       

      Sorry, our main accounts person is away.

       

      Can you also tell me why this keeps happening.

        Hi petss255,

         

        The Company File ID number is used to identify each business file under the same serial number  (to ensure we are not running the script over the incorrect file). 

         

        This can be found when opening the file in question and selecting  'Help -> About MYOB AccountRight'

         

        The error can occur for a number of issues, file/inventory size being the main cause., however, our teams are working to get this resolved. 

         

        Please advise the company file ID in your reply and we will go ahead with running the script over the file.
