DataInvalid

Hello Team   Is someone free to help me to fix my DataInvalid issue when I am in the bank feeds to add a payment to a customer account on my AR file please?   I can see from other posts here that...

    Hi Lexie32, angela10, 

     

    Thanks for your posts. If your file is online, please send me a private message with the following information so I can look into this for you:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address
    • File ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
    • Confirmation of the type of transaction you're processing when this happens, if possible also provide item numbers, account number, reports/registers that this is happening in 

     

    If you're file is offline, please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after this error has appeared and attach it to this thread as a .TXT file so I can investigate further.
