Desktop due/promise dates not same as online version

When entering invoices and bills in MYOB online version with due dates, why do these dates not flow through to the desktop version of MYOB in the promised date fields?

This is very frustrating and misleading that they are not the same dates.

 

Is there a way to ensure due dates in online version flow through as promise dates in desktop version?

    Hi Terracorp 

     

    Welcome to the forum. The due date on the browser will come through to the Terms > Due date field on the desktop version, as that is a different field than the promised date.

     

    At this stage, entering a promised date is not currently available on the browser, but it might be a possibility in future updates. I recommend making a suggestion on our Ideas Exchange if this is something you would like to see in the future.
