Thanks for your post. I recommend going through some common errors on this page: Activation and confirmation errors. If you are still having issues with this, could you please send me a private message with all of the following information:
- The serial number within the file
- The company file ID (found under Help >> About)
- The product and version being used to confirm the file
- If there is a company file code, what is it?
Once we have this information we can look into the issue.
