Error -4077: You have sales for this item
We are getting this error when trying to import updated item details.

Import Error 4077 can be caused by making an item an inventoried item then moving the item back to a non-inventoried item. It can happen at other items but that is typically the way we see that message occurring.
In terms of corrections for that message, if the company file is stored online we can arrange for a script to be run over the company file. If you want me to do this please give me the last 4 digits of your serial number and the Cmpany file ID (Help>About Accountright).
