How do I untick electronic banking when using spend money in bank feeds

We recently changed banks.

I have set up new linked bank account.

In bank feeds, when I want to use spend money for Bank fees etc the Electronic Payment box is ticked.

How can I untick this please?  As I do not want to allocate this to a supplier, employee or card.

    Hi AKVS, 

     

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! When using the spend money feature you should be able to change the pay from account to a different account instead of the electronic clearing account. This Help Article Spend Money window has information on this. 

     

    If your still having troubles can you please attach a screenshot of the window you're in so I can take a look into this for you.
