How to receive items in AccountRight Browser and create back orders

We recently started using the app.myob browser for creating some purchase orders from mobile phones when offsite. When the PO created using app.myob is opened in the desktop version of AccountRight the following message is displayed.

Read-only transaction

This transaction was created using a hybrid layout in AccountRight browser.

If you want to make changes to this transaction, you'll need to access it using AccountRight browser.

How do you receive items and create back orders for items not yet received using the AccountRight browser?

  • Hi Sherre

When you convert the PO to a bill and apply payment, the Inventory on hand will be updated in the AccountRight desktop interface. In the browser interface you can't track on-hand item quantities, this will need to be done through AccountRight.

  • Hi Sherre

Thank you for your post. In the AccountRight browser most of the features are already available, however there are still some on the way. Our help article What you can and can't do in AccountRight web browser has a list of current available features, this article is updated whenever a feature has been added.

Currently you can buy and sell items in the browser version however inventory management isn't available as of yet.

      Thanks Melisa

Does that mean if I create a purchase order in the Browser for inventory that we track, when the PO is converted to a Bill in the Browser the inventory on-hand won't be adjusted in the desktop version?
