Item List Hidden Columns Displaying After Hidden

Hi,

I have hidden the following columns from the Item List in MYOB Accountright:

- Last Cost Incl.

- Last Cost

However, once I close this screen, when it is next opened the columns are displayed once again. All the custom fields that I have added to show do not disappear, but these two columns keep reappearing. How do I hide these so they stay hidden?

Also, is there a way to show the custom fields and lists with the name that you have assigned them instead of their default label?
