Linked Bill Purchases Not Opening

Question

Hey,&nbsp;I'm trying to start using the in tray for purchases. I've dropped some invoices in there and linked 2 to purchases that are already existing. These purchases now will not open. I open the purchases register and click the arrow alongside or double click but it just does not open. Anything I'm missing/doing wrong?Cheers

Thanks for your post. This does seem strange that the purchase will not open, can you please clear your AccountRight cache. Once cleared can you try to open the purchase ?

If this doesn't work, can you retrieve the diagnostic&nbsp;log of the AccountRight file after you've attempted to open the purchase and attach it here as a .TXT file so I can investigate.&nbsp;
