Logo on Customise Invoice

I am unable to insert the picture logo on my customised invoice.  

 

Myob must close and more information on error is:

 

  System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException 

 

Am using picture to insert the logo in PNG form.

    Hi Leanne14 


    Can you please confirm if you're using the desktop app or the browser version? In both the cases, it would be worth logging out, clearing cache and then attempting to customise the invoice again, let us know if the issue still exists ?
