Could you still upload the diagnostic log please? This is a background log file that keeps track of what the software is doing and should give an indication why the software is not responding.

Thanks for the extra information. Unfortunately this diagnostic log doesn't give us the specific error which is causing your file to not respond. We haven't heard of any similar cases. You could try the following:
- Clear the AccountRight Cache
- Reinstall AccountRight
- Install the Server Edition instead
