Hi Yanike_S ,
I have cleared the cache and also reinstalled to program using the server additon. Myob is still crashing every time I time and send the remittances out.
Do you have any other suggestions?

I am sorry to hear this is still not working. Have you checked antivirus software/firewall settings on your computer, as this could interfere with emailing from your software: Speed and performance tips.
Another thing we can try is to reupload your file online so it will be linked to another server. Let me know if you want to go ahead with this by sending me a private message with your serial number and company file ID (Help>>About AccountRight).
