Packing Slip list Refresh/Filter

Hi All, When I select Print/Email Invoices the list displayed does not change or filter on the type of Packing Slip I select. Packing Slip (Item) displays the same list as Packing Slip (Service). ...

    Hi PromptSM 

     

    I have tried to replicate the same situation in AccountRight 2020.1, however, the list was filtering correctly according to the Sale type. Therefore, the list not being displayed correctly on your end points more towards a display issue which can be fixed by clearing AccountRight Cache. 

    If that doesn't help, please attach the screenshots of the lists displayed for both sale types in Advanced Filters under Print/Email Invoices.
