Usually the reason this occurs is due to a payment being made which predates the invoice date
That is paid 3/2 but invoice dated 4/2
that is a huge amount - does it relate to a bulk payment ?
In the accounts command centre you will find the Company data Auditor
In the transaction review section it will scan for prepaid transactions
That may help you find it
