Reminder emails are being sent to clients after the client has paid an invoice in full

Is there a way to turn off email reminder notifications. Since the latest upgrade 2 of my clients have been sent reminder invoices to pay after they have fully paid the invoice! Embrassing and very unprofessional!

    Could you please send me the following details by Private Message:

    • Serial Number or Client ID of your previous subscription (if known)
    • Account name and primary contact name 
    • Screenshot with an example of an incorrect reminder that was sent
