Remote server error

Hello, our MYOBs could not import journals from our partner app since the 1st of May. Error message found by our IT department says "Comms ERROR: The remote server returned an error. (401) Unauthorised". We have no issues before and have not done any changes on our end. This is causing major delay in our reporting. Please help.

    Hi LingB 

     

    Thank you for the post. If you're having an issue syncing with a third-party application, I would recommend speaking with the third party developer around why that message is occurring. It's likely a case of the third-party application doesn't the level of access to post information to the AccountRight database.
