Since update today - cannot print customer receipts

Not happy Jan : - (

 

When a system runs smoothly, then it doesn't........

    Thanks for your post.

     

    We are aware of a situation where users in AccountRight are unable to see historical receipts, even if the option to only include unprinted or unsent receipts is not ticked in the Print Receipts window.

     

    While the developers work towards a fix for this, we will have to manually run a script over your file to fix this.

     

    I have run this script over an AccountRight File ending on 1803 and with the company file ID 2, which was linked to your email address you use on the forum.

     

    Let me know if this has solved it for you.
