Turn off BPAY Payment or Apply a Surcharge to BPAY.

Can we please have the ability to pass on merchant or credit card surchagrge fee's for BPAY to customers? If MYOB/BPAY cannot allow this then please give us the option to turn BPAY off but keep other credit card payment options. 

 

Passing on the credit card surcharge for other payment methods is great but there is an easy way around that for customers who use their credit card and pay via BPAY. This can be very costly to our business. 

 

If BPAY won't allow these fees to be passed onto customer then give us the ability to turn BPAY off as an option.

    We feel the same as Flow. We would like to be able to turn off BPAY or alternatively be able to pass on the fees.

    Hi Flow 

    Thank you for your post and feedback, we appreciate it. Currently. you're unable to deactivate one specific payment method with online payments. I already forward this request to the relevant team and they will be posting an update once this feature will be available. 

    And In terms of selecting the payment method, I would recommend showing your support for Online Payments: Ability to select which payment methods are on offered.
