Unable to send the statement

Hi there,

 

I usually send the statement to all customers every Tuesday but, for the past two weeks I am unable to send all statment. Could you please help...

    Hi Anu_123 

     

    Welcome to the Community Forum. I am happy to assist you, but just a bit of clarification on what is occurring.  Is there an error message appearing when you send the statements? Does the issue happen as soon as try sending them or does it send some and not others? If it is not sending all of them, how many statements have you attempted to send? (sometimes processing a big batch is too much for the software to handle)

     

    Any screenshots you could send through in your reply would be useful in helping me to diagnose the issue (redacting any sensitive information).
