Unable to upload documents to the In Tray

I've checked for any reported incidents regarding the inability to upload documents to the In Tray, but there doesn't seem to be any issue reported at the moment. I also tried replicating the problem by uploading a file into the In Tray, and it appears to be working correctly on my end. Could you please confirm if you're receiving an error message when you attempt to upload documents? Additionally, please ensure that you have the necessary roles and permissions to access the In Tray.
