invoice issue

Hi - has anyone experienced this fault.

We have invoice reminders that go out automatically.

 

our customer sent us a copy of what they received and it was a different customers invoice.  When looking in the card - the correct email address is in there.

 

It has happened twice this week with different customers where the correct email address is in the card, however they receive someone elses reminder invoice.?????

    Hi jayemee 

     

    Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. Can you open the invoice on AccountRight, and click on View all activity in the top right corner of the invoice? This will open up a browser tab and show the emailing history, which you can use to check if it doesn't match the email address with the address on the card.

     

    If the information between where it was emailed and the card on the invoice itself does not match, then we will need to investigate further. 

     

    If that is the case, could you send me a Private Message with the following information:

    • Serial Number
    • Copy of the invoice your customer received 
    • Screenshot of the invoice and the View all activity screen
