Can you try clearing AccountRight cache and check if the prices are then displaying properly?

As Komal_S suggested try clearing your cache - however I doubt that will help. This problem is normally caused by duplicate entries in MYOB in the price matrix. When importing prices, MYOB has created a new entry instead of updating a previous (MYOB glitch not a user fault). Sometimes MYOB will use one entry, and other times the other. MYOB should have a script they can run over the file to fix this. To confirm, do a Item Export and check the entries for this Item exactly match the displayed prices.
