statement imports not working within the date ranges I want

I am trying to import statement from westpac loans we have a fixed and variable accounts, and for both I put in the date range of 22/02/2022 - todays date and it comes back with a statement starting 20/06/2022 ? which then is missing all the data from February onwards.  
Have tried using the qif and the ofx and ensured the date range is correct, is this a westpac problem or a myob glitch? as it's wasting my precious time and annoying me now

    I'm sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. If the downloaded bank statement has the incorrect data you would need to speak to your bank. This Help Article, Importing a bank statement, has information on importing that statement into AccountRight.
