Is it possible to check within Accounts Right 2017 if an Invoice has been emailed - track it?

Good day all,

 

Aplogise if been asked already. Search forums and could not find answer.

 

Is it possible to track / check that an uinvoice one has emailed through Accounts Right V 17, has actually been sent / received by intended receiptant.

 

Sent an invoice to one of clients account's dept a few weeks ago and they had changed email and invoice was not received.

 

But as they didn't advise me of new email, I had no idea it wasn't received, hence my query above.

Hi @Philby

 

If you open the invoice and click the "View All Activity" tab, you get a history which shows if it was delivered and even viewed.

 

You can also open the Sent Emails screen from the main screen, and there will be a symbol indicating the status.
