Do clients on the MYOB AR 2016.3 network version (not on the cloud) get the Security check: MYOB AccountRight settings have changed notifications? Or does this alert only go to clients who have the file on the cloud?

The email that is set to notify clients when bank details are changed within a company file are only sent for company files in the cloud i.e. locally stored (in My library or Network Library) files will not generate the email.
The email is also only sent to the AccountRight Live Owner(s) of that serial number in the company file.
