I have sold my business trading name and I need to transfer my contacts details and inventory over to the new owner who is getting myob. What is the easiest, least painful way of doing this. I am not transferring chart of accounts, any sales/customer history or purchase/supplier history etc... Thanks

From a product ownership point of view, if you have sold the business a Change of Details form would need to be completed and returned to update the ownership of the serial number/product across to the new owners. I have sent you a direct email with the form attached so it can be actioned.
From a company file point of view, it is up to you and your business agreement with the other party as to what information you do supply them with. In some situations you provide them with a full copy of the company file, other situations it could be a case of running a report(s) with the required information and providing those.
