Purchase invoices not imported from RetailManager to AccuntRight due to this error - phone and fax numbers deleted from cards but error occurs. first time this has appeared.

Are you able to clarify which program you deleted the phone and fax numbers from? As the information is contained within the import file itself, if there was an issue with the import log there’s two ways to correct it.
The first option would be to correct the information in RetailManager, and then export out a new copy of the information. This newly exported file would draw on the updated information within RetailManager, such as the removed phone and fax numbers, whilst the original exported file would not detect the changes.
Alternatively, if you were familiar with the layout of the import file, you could open and edit the import file directly. This method does require a bit more knowledge than the previous method however as the retail.txt files have their information separated by tabs, which don’t show up on some text editing programs. These tabs are used to align the information during importing, so if one was deleted or added accidentally it could cause issues with the importing information.
