Taking a look at your account I can see that your subscription is in arrears. This does appear to be due to a missed payment on April's Invoice ($40). This would need to be paid so you are not in arrears before your MYOB Essentials can be placed out of suspended. Payment on that invoice can be made via your my.MYOB account and selecting My Account>>Invoices after logging in.
Once that payment has been cleared the account should automatically move out of suspended and therefore access to your MYOB Essentials will be granted.
