paydirect online setup

Hi, I have registered to have invoices payable by credit card and the 1c deposit was made into my bank account with the code. Where do I enter that code? I can't find anything in setup or on the website.

Can someone please give me the link? Thanks

set up accept credit card payments

Hi, I clicked the link "get set up" on a sales invoice, filled out the forms etc to accept credit card payments, and the 1c deposit and code were put into the bank account. Where do I go to enter that code to complete the process? I cannot find a link anywhere or reference to that in the setup or any place in the software.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge


Once you have received that 1 cent verification code for PayDirect Online- generally will be a 6-digit number shown on the bank statement before the description of PAYDIRECT, you would open AccountRight and go to Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing>>Edit Payment options. This will prompt you to log into the PayDirect Online Merchant Portal using your my.MYOB account details where you can enter that verification.  

When that verification code has been added and your bank account has been verified you are already to go with PayDirect Online.

Hi Stephen,

After many phonecalls to MYOB it is supposed to be working but never actually has done.

It now connects to the user's card issuer and then says "error encountered. Card details incorrect or insufficient funds". I have tested this with 3 different cards from 3 different issuers which all had plenty of money on them and were entered correctly. Last time I spend 2 hours onthe phone to MYOB .

How can I get some actual help on this?

If you were able to actually help me that would be so wonderful.

paydirect online errors

Hi,

My paydirect online was set up and checked by myob but has never actually worked. Customers can enter their credit card numbers, it connects to the card issuer's bank but then says that there is an error, which may be due to the card number being incorrect or insufficient funds.

I have tested this multiple times, with different cards from different issuers, and using different browsers and different computers. All the card numbers were entered correctly and had plenty of credit available. I phoned the card issuers and was told that there was no denial of credit from them and that the error must be with myob.

Can somebody please help me because I have spent hours on the phone with MYOB to no avail so far.

Thank you again for your patience.

 

We’ve received an update from our team confirming that a backend set up issue, resulting in the errors you’ve been experiencing, has since been resolved.

 

Could you therefore please try making a fresh payment and let us know how you go with it. Please make sure that the invoice is created and sent from an online file. As the service will only work on the online version of an AccountRight file.
